He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Green; his son David Green; his stepdaughter Jena Peterson of St. Louis, Missouri; his siblings, Larry Green (Sharon) of Florida and Linda Kittle (Steve) of Springfield, Missouri; his grandchildren, Annie of Springfield, Missouri, Hayden of Springfield, Missouri, Nik of Springfield, Missouri and Abby of Springfield, Missouri; his stepgranddaughter Alexis of St. Louis, Missouri; and his nephews, Terry Green of Springfield and Jason Green of Japan. He is also survived by numerous friends, co-workers.
