He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley William "Bill" and Virginia Lee "Ginny" Bowler; his siblings, Billy George and Willa Dean Naugle; his wife Cheryl Bowler; his stepson Scott Matthews; and his siblings, Myrl Leon'Sandy" Bowler, Marion Elmo Bowler, Kay Lynn "Katy" Ward and Gail Marie Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Onari Bowler; his grandchildren, Avery, Karsyn, Sabrina Bowler, Blake Bowler, Destinee Hilton and Brittanee Horton (Joey); his great grandchildren, Isaiah Preciado and Ambriellah Horton; and his sons, William Todd Bowler and Christopher Blair Bowler.
