He is survived by: his wife Virginia Clarene (Ketch); his son Jeff Nichols (Christina); his granddaughter Sydney Nichols; his niece Gail Ayers; his stepdaughters, Beth Reynolds (Kyle) and Stephanie Upton (Brian); and his stepgrandchildren, Christopher (Nikki), Ashleigh (Jessica), Victoria (Jessie), Samuel, Kelsie and Katie (Jason). He is also survived by 3 step-great grandchildren.
