He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Martin and Clara Martin; his wife Carolyn Rositta Martin; his brother Donnie; his son-in-law Mark Kittle; and his grandson Christian John.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Martin Jr., Kimberly Wise and Laurie Kittle; and his siblings, Robert Martin and Marilyn Kay Williams. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
