He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tandy and Eileen Tandy (Johnson); and his son-in-law Bruce Brown. He is survived by: his siblings, Captain Tandy, Helen Tandy and John Tandy (Cyndi); his sister-in-law Sharon Gaston (Becky); his nieces and nephews, Jill Brown, Kim Bailey, Mike Tandy and Missy Miller; his great-nephews, Colin Myers (Brittany Badertscher) and Carter Myers; his nibling Tampa; and his close friends, Trooper and Willow.
In lieu of flowers, Bill would be honored by a donation to Shriners Children's Hospital or C.A.R.E. Animal Rescue.
