He was predeceased by : his sister Pam Turner. He is survived by : his sister Tracey Gage (John) of Missoula, MT; his friend Cassie Divine (Michelle Thomas); and also, Jadyn, Justice and Scott. He is also survived by three nieces, a nephew.
