He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Westfall and Ruth Westfall; his wife Rozetta Fuller; his grandchildren, Allison Ann Anderson and William "Billy" Ray McAnally; and his siblings, Ray, Jr., Bob, Paul, Jack and Deloris Miller of Springfield.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janice McAnally (Robert) of Branson and Judy Anderson (Ric) of McKinney, TX; his grandchildren, Natalie Reasons (Brad) of Branson, Robbie McAnally of Branson, Andy Anderson (Brittany) of Lucas, TX and Amy Anderson of Austin, TX; his great grandchild Charlie Anderson of Lucas, TX; and his siblings, Melba Barclay of Springfield and Danny Westfall.
