He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Cockrill and Belle Cockrill. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Bowers; his sons, Brian and Bill; his daughter-in-law Laura; his grandchildren, Grace and Aaron; his brother Chris (Mary); and his siblings-in-law, Carol and Chris Dale. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Christ Episcopal Church in Springfield, Missouri.
