She is survived by: her husband Dan Smith; her children, Phillip Driver (Lora) of Cassville, Missouri and Karen Smith (Scott) of Monett, Missouri; her stepchildren, Chad Smith (Jennifer) of Bella Vista, Colby Smith (Alex) of Kodiak, Alaska and Heidi Smith of Carthage, Missouri; her grandchildren, Mckenzie, Summer, Michael (Josie), Madison (Blake), Avery, Bryson, Brianna, Watson and Archer; her great grandchildren, Luci, Pate, Palmer and Traveler; and her brothers, Al Hoelscher of Golden and Butch Hoelscher of Griffith, Indiana..
