He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Arthur Harper and Dorothy Leona Harper (Adams); his sister Linda Pope of Steelville; and his sister-in-law Darlene Turner of Rolla, MO. He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Davis; his wife Donna Kay Davis (Blanton); his cousin Richard Garrison (Rich); his children, Stephen Charles Harper (Sue) of Granite City, IL, Regina Slovensky of Steelville, Rita Harper of Steelville, Michael Davis (Miranda) of Steelville, Rebecca Barton (Chad) of Steelville, Erin Harmon (Robert) of Steelville, Margie Tessaro (Jeff), Mindy Bassett (Kent) and Corinne Chambers; his brother Lonnie Harper (Jean) of Bourbon, MO; and his grandson Jonathan Harper. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
