He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Smitty" Junior Smith and Jacquelene "Tootie" Smith; his brothers, Smitty and Gary Lee Smith; and his grandparents, Ralph, Florentine Livesay, Harold, Sr. and Clara Smith.
He is survived by: his sister Cindy Lewis (Randy) of Steelville, MO; his nephew Thomas Lewis (Cara) of St. James, MO; his niece Randi Lewis (Joe Paintner) of Arnold, MO; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Olivia and Jesse Lewis; and his close friends, Kristina Lambert of Steelville, MO and Frank Pearman of Steelville, MO. He is also survived by other special friends and cousins.
