She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Herbert Gilliam and Maggie Elizabeth Nelson Gilliam; her husband John "Leroy" Mincher; her sisters, Francis Blair (Lenwood), Halley Stulce (Louis), Elizabeth Woods (Haskel) and Velva Gilliam; and her sisters-in-law, Iline Gilliam and Betty Mincher.

She is survived by : her children, David Mincher (Kathy) of Florissant, MO, Anthony "Tony" Mincher of Winfield, MO and Regenia "Gina" Godden (Ed) of St. Peters, MO; her brother Floyd Gillam; her brothers-in-law, Paul Hughes of Cuba, MO and Elmer Mincher of Wentzville, MO; her grandchildren, Crystal Klaas (Quentin), Christopher Mincher (Karah), David Matthew Mincher, Danielle Osterkamp (Andrew), Phillip Bush and Tiffany Tubb; her great grandchildren, Mikayla Klaas, Austin Mincher, Aiden Mincher, Destiny Bush, Jace Bush, Quinn Klaas, Cale Klaas, Adam Mincher, Alex Mincher and Hazel Osterkamp; and her great great grandchild Reed Bush. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other relatives; and friends.
