Carol Elaine Waters Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Elaine Waters of Stet, Missouri, who passed away on March 31, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd "Sam" Hawkins and Eula Hawkins (Nicholson); her husband Darryl Lewis "Jake" Waters of Stet; and her brother Dale Hawkins. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Waters (Jonetta) of Stet, Steve Waters (Leslie) of Kansas City and Paul Waters (Kimberly) of Paola, KS; her grandchildren, Jessica Stith (Zach), Joshua Waters (Erin), Danielle Roesing (Tyler), Holly Waters (James Doyle), Erik Waters (Milea), Sydni Waters (Troy Isenhour), Brooke Clark (Daniel), Luke Mathews (Brittney Ramsey) and Hannah Mathews; her great grandchildren, Caleb Stith, Dillon Oyler, Finley Waters, Gentry Waters, Lillian Waters, Isla Waters, Tristan Roesing, Jacob Roesing, Haylee Doyle, Kye Doyle, Brystal Clark, Delaney Clark, Jaxton Mathews, Landon Mathews and Carsten Mathews; and her sisters, Joyce Coats (Jonny) of Stet, Debbie Cline (Dave) of Hardin, Karen Hass (Rick) of Parkville and Donna Mertz (Tom) of Gardner, KS..

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to either the Bethany Church of the Brethren, Wakenda Cemetery, or Stet Fire Department.
