He is survived by : his father James Hebert; his wife Courtney Hebert; his son Christopher Hebert; his stepchildren, Stacy Trant (Derek), Isabella Hale and Braeyden Hale; his grandchildren, Brenner Trant and Britney Furgeson (Hunter); his siblings, Dawn Tyler (Rick), Todd Hebert (Jessie) and Eric Hebert (Kelly); his nieces and nephews, Sean Tyler, Kylie Hebert and Kadin Hebert; his great-nephew Dakota Hebert; his pets, Bode, Comet, Midnight and Bootsie; and also Valerie Esparza. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the St. Joseph Animal Shelter.
