He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold L. Neil and Marguerite Engleman Neil. He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Marilyn Bergener Neil; his siblings, Loretta Neil Basecke, Kenneth Neil and Carol Neil Strickland; and his children, Dennis Neil, Deanna Neil and Darren Neil. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hill Church (402 Morgan Dr, Stockton, MO 65785). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
