He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Liston Vorwark and Joanne Allison Vorwark; and his brother Stanley Vorwark. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Vorwark (Meads); and his children, Dennis Schrock (Melody) of Osceola, Melissa Cross (Charles) of Humansville, Christy Pitcher (Chris) of Stockton, Phillip Vorwark (Valerie) of Humansville, Mary Jo Vorwark of Kansas City, Brandon Vorwark and Ricky. He is also survived by 47 grandchildren and great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
