With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth I. (Jean Todd) Barnard of Stockton, Missouri, who passed away on August 31, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Leon Parker and Dorothy Pearl Martin; her brothers-in-law, Arthur Wiesner and Django Martina; her niece Jeri Lynn Rush; her nephew Glenn Wiesner; her granddaughter Heather Fredrickson; and her daughter Jeri Lynn Rush.
She is survived by: her sisters, Marcia Wiesner (Parker) and Cynthia Martina (Raley); her daughters, Julie Ann Reifschneider (Mitchell) of Bois D'Arc, MO and Janet Lucille Forand (Kenneth) of Lexington, SC.; her husband James W. Barnard, Jr. (Jim); and her great grandchildren, Andrew Rush (Zoe), David Rush (Brooke), Elijah Fredrickson, Annie Hake (Ryan), Seth Fredrickson, Prayer Reifschneider (Melissa), DeaAna Quisenberry (Josh), Thomas Vest, Jacqueline Vest, James York and Jordan York.
