She is survived by : her husband Freddy Blevins; her children, Thecia Dixon (Phillip) and Natalie Oldham (JR); her grandchildren, Daniel Oldham (Chayilah), Samuel Oldham (Emma) and Hannah Oldham; and her siblings, Jerry Middleton (Pam), Carol Robinette (Kenny) and Kathy Howerton (Paul). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
