He is survived by: his siblings, Bill and June; and his children, Ron (Shirley Hawkins), Steve (Brenda Hawkins), Phil (Pat Hawkins), T. R. Hawkins, Carolyn Martin, Susan Johnson, Sharon (Dominick Bertucci), Jackie (Bryant Pantano) and JoAnn (Steve Baker).
