He was predeceased by: his daughter Shelly Ann Bush; and his siblings, Poe Edward Bush and Dorothy Richardson. He is survived by: his son Woodrow Douglas; his wife Shirley Ann Young of Stover; his sisters, Mildred Fischer of Boonville and Karen Huff (Larry) of Versailles; and his close friends, Dustin Burton, Brenda Nolting and Janice Rambo.
