He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Bebout and Shirley Bebout (Burr); his brother Randy Bebout; and his granddaughter Jade W. Chereji. He is survived by: his significant other Shirley Sartin of Strafford, Missouri; his daughters, Laura Low (Chris) of Springfield, Missouri, Bethany Youngblood of Springfield, Missouri and Sarah Sartin of Orlando, Florida.; his grandchildren, Edward "Spud" A. Kiepper IV (Low) of Christopher, L. Low Jr., Kane Luegene Low, Gabriel "Gabe" Chereji, Audrey "Princess" Brayfield and Jamison "Short Rod" McDowell; his great grandchild Grayson; his sister Teresa Bumgarner (Galen) of Strafford, Missouri; his niece Audrey Bumgarner; and his nephew Justin Bumgarner.
