He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Matlack (Hurt); his son Chris Matlack (Maci Thorington); his sister Lynne Hempe; his brother-in-law Jim; his nephew Mark (Molly); his niece Julia (Mitch); his brother Hugh Matlack (JoAnn Anner); his stepdaughter Felisha; and his grandson Jarrod.
