He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Malcolm and Alice "Marie" Squiers Yager; his parents-in-law, William and Hazel Harrison; and his friends, Dr. Wayne Smith, Fred Blades, Bill Harlan and Dale Eisele.
He is survived by: his wife Alice May Harrison; and his son Vernon Dale of New Franklin, Missouri.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bach-Yager Funeral Chapel (1610 N Garth Ave, Columbia, MO 65202). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Bach - Yager Funeral Chapel.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Missouri Junior Angus Foundation Scholarship Fund or to Maple Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery.
