She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Hix of Sugar Creek; her brother John W. Erickson; and her grandson Corey Richardson. She is survived by: her children, John F. Hix Blue Springs and Mendy Hix Navarre; her grandchildren, Kyle Richardson (Jessica Liberty Hill), Garrett Wendel, Tanner Wendel, John W. Hix, Lauryn Adams Grain Valley, Abby Eighmey (Dalton), Jonathan Dorris, Grace Dorris and Navarre; and her great grandchildren, Nash, Cohen Richardson, Oakley and Wrenley Dorris.
