He is survived by: his wife Angela Stevens of Sullivan, Missouri; his daughters, Aryn Stevens (Jonah Hunter) of Sullivan and Leah Stevens (Alex Sloss) of Sullivan, Missouri; his granddaughter Avery; and his siblings, Eric Stevens and Tammy Warner (Ed) of High Ridge, Missouri. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
