He is survived by: his parents, Kayla Walters (Michael Cavender Jr.) of Sullivan, Missouri and Lou Perkins (Angelina Perkins) of Cuba, Missouri; his brothers, Dax Perkins of Sullivan, Missouri, Johnathan Perkins of Sullivan, Missouri and Robin Cavender of Sullivan, Missouri; and his grandparents, Jeff Walters, Barb Walters, Michael Smith, Marie, Brian Zarn, Louis and Michelle Perkins. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
