He is survived by: his wife Anna Heady of Sullivan, Missouri; his children, Jack "Lee" Heady, Jr. (Debbie) of Sullivan, Susan Smith (Mike) of Sullivan and Christine Delmont (Jeff) of Hallandale Beach, Florida; his grandchildren, Melissa Newman (Brad) of Sullivan, Lindsay Heady (Tom Buehler) of Saint Clair, Matthew Smith (Rosalie Hunter) of Sullivan and Mikayla Delmont of Orlando, Florida; his great grandchildren, Tessa, Johnny, Charlie, Camille, Sam, Henry, Brody, Easton, Wylly and Millee; and his sisters, Delores Brown of Stanton and Bonnie Walker of Stanton, Missouri. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and other friends.
