He was predeceased by: his parents, Jane Halbert (Sells) and Ezra "Jack" Halbert; his granddaughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Brad Faulkner; his brother Eddie Halbert; and his brother-in-law Jeff Elmore.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Halbert of Sullivan, MO; his children, Jack Halbert (Karen Sullivan), JoAnne Apprill (Jeff) of Hermann, MO, Sherry Ulsh (Garrett) of Sullivan, MO, Carrie Lang (Kenny) of Sullivan, MO, Carla Faulkner of Fenton, MO, Angela Heidbreder (Michael) of Belle, MO, Laura Etzel (Gary Wehmeyer) of Owensville, MO and Nicholas Etzel of Owensville, MO; his grandchildren, Ross Halbert (Amanda), Carina Jones (Mike), Jasmyn Tucker (Zack), Cody Counts (Ashliegh), Cassie Henry (Eric), Kenny Lang (Paula), Brandon Lang (Stephanie), Jonathon Apprill (Kelsey), Julie Riley (Cory), Kaemyn Halbert, Brianna Faulkner, Draven Faulkner, Chase Counts, Bryce Heidbreder and Jenna Heidbreder; his great grandchildren, Ian, Logan, Alexis, Madison, Emily, Aaron, Neva, Jacob, Jordan, Jayden, Carter, Layton, Madalyn, Bryson, Carson, Amelia, Destry, Kinley, Kaylor, Kasen, Krew, Dylan and Jenna; his great great grandchildren, Oliver and Conway; and his siblings, Freddie Halbert of Fulton, MO, Lloyd Nash (Beverly) of Sullivan, MO, Jim Nash of Camdenton, MO and Eula Elmore of St. Ann, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eaton Funeral Home Main Chapel (347 N Clark St, Sullivan, MO 63080). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
