He is survived by: his mother Linda Hormann (Campbell) of Sullivan, MO; his wife Annette Schmitz; his sons, James E. L. Hormann (Alexandra Buss) of Bristol and Kyle Seabaugh (Dawn Lambert) of Jackson, MO; the mother of his children Annette Hormann of Columbia, MO; his father James Hormann; and his siblings, Joe Hormann (Lisa) of Bourbon, MO and Heather Bartle (Tim) of Cuba, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
