She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Melvin Wiese and Allie Frances Wiese (Bell); her brother Leo Wiese; and her parents-in-law, Eugene and Loretta Elsperman.
She is survived by: her daughter Jeannine Berti (Robby) of Sullivan, Missouri; her granddaughters, Meghan Niemeyer (Eric) of Jonesburg and Maisie Berti of Columbia; her great grandchild Navy Noelle Niemeyer; her pets, Rusty and Rosie; Zac Hertel.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Joyce's memory may be made to the Small Steps Preschool ministry of First Assembly of God Church, Sullivan.
