It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce B. Elsperman of Sullivan, Missouri, who passed away on April 30, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Melvin Wiese and Allie Frances Wiese (Bell); her brother Leo Wiese; and her parents-in-law, Eugene and Loretta Elsperman.
She is survived by: her daughter Jeannine Berti (Robby) of Sullivan, Missouri; her granddaughters, Meghan Niemeyer (Eric) of Jonesburg and Maisie Berti of Columbia; her great grandchild Navy Noelle Niemeyer; her pets, Rusty and Rosie; Zac Hertel.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Assembly of God - Sullivan (951 Elmont Rd, Sullivan, MO 63080).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Joyce's memory may be made to the Small Steps Preschool ministry of First Assembly of God Church, Sullivan.
