She was predeceased by : her parents, Ferd Bookhout and Virginia Bookhout (Bradley); her sons, Christopher Jon and Christian Jay; her siblings, Linda, Rose and Joe Don; and her sister-in-law Kay Bookhout.
She is survived by : her husband George Saltzman; her children, Alisa Scantlan (Steve), Mary Hopkins (Roger), David Saltzman, Valerie Lore (Hank) and Melinda Lahmann (Brandon); her grandchildren, Daniel Scantlan, Brooke Strube (Jim), Brittany Schatz (Brad), George David Saltzman (Andrea), Christopher Saltzman (Rachel), Nicholas Saltzman, Alexandria Lore (Justin Kutay), Savannah Lore (Michael Wyatt), Brianna Lore (Drew Thurmond), Elleanor Lahmann and Maddeline Lahmann; her great grandchildren, Evan, Gianna, Alisyn Scantlan, Trevor Carey, Haleigh Wright, Barrett, Ruthie, Bo Schatz, Konner, Morgan Saltzman, Allie, Henry, Olivia Saltzman, Elizabeth Saltzman and Rosie Thurmond; and her siblings, Janice Bookhout and Paul Bookhout of Springfield, MO. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
