He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lucas and Laura Lucas (Breeden); his former wife Patricia Lucas; and his brother Steve Lucas (Barbara). He is survived by: his wife Pat Thurman; his daughter Jean Poetzl (Robert) of Bourbon, Missouri; his grandsons, Tracy Carollo (Jessica) of Stanton and Travis Carollo (Lauren) of Leslie, Missouri; his great grandchildren, Aurora, Asher, Ainsley, Aubrey and Lucca; and his siblings, Stanley Lucas (Connie) of Park Hills and Sandra Lucas of Farmington, Missouri. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Eaton Funeral Home (347 N Clark St, Sullivan, MO 63080). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Bourbon Cemetery.
