With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stephen Durbin of Sullivan, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 5, 2025 at the age of 80. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen R. Durbin, Jr. and Eileen Durbin-Ayres (Bell); his son Travis Durbin; and his siblings, Frank Durbin and Verna Iklil.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Spencer of Sullivan; his son Josh Durbin (Aubrey) of Manhattan, Kansas; his stepson Cuyler Robinson (Natalie) of LaGrange, Illinois; his grandchildren, Skianna Anglen (Devin) of Centralia, Illinois, Addison of Manhattan, Kansas, Max of Manhattan, Kansas and Masen Durbin of Manhattan, Kansas; his stepgrandsons, Henry of LaGrange, Illinois, Grant of LaGrange, Illinois and Lucas Robinson of LaGrange, Illinois; and his siblings, Teresa Cure of Kansas City, Judy Schanta (Mike) of St. James, Missouri and Dr. Ron Durbin (Aina) of Rolla, Missouri.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Asher Cemetery.
