He is survived by: his wife Sherry Buerk of Sullivan, MO; his children, Steve Buerk of Rolla, MO, Kent Buerk of Cuba, MO, Lane Buerk of Sullivan, MO and Kirk Buerk (Crystal) of Sullivan, MO; and his brother Don Buerk (Steffie) of Philadelphia, PA. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
