He is survived by: his children, Andrea Cottrell (Ronnie) of Eureka, TeAnn Eye (Joe) of Sullivan and Roy Teeter (Ginger) of Sullivan; his sister Vivian Whalen (Jerry) of Sullivan; his grandchildren, Kayla Anderson (Jeremey), Amanda Tod (Jordan), Lucas Cottrell, Aly Funkhouser (Corey), Alec Eye, Andrew Eye and Ryan Eastman (Brittany); and his great grandchildren, Harper, Henry Tod, Erin, Aiden Anderson, Caly, Jackson, Camy Funkhouser, Kamdyn Eye, Bennett and Remi Eastman.
