She was predeceased by : her parents, Hazel Teeter (Richards) and Theodore Sr. Teeter; and her grandson Daniel Scott. She is survived by : her husband Robert Scott; her children, Sam Scott (Michelle) of Sullivan and Jari Dawson (Dave) of Bourbon, MO; her grandchildren, Robert Scott (Jennifer) of Sullivan, Brianna Blanton (Chris Killebrew) of Sullivan, Levi Dawson (Kayla) of Sullivan and Rani Kleinhein (Daniel) of Wentzville, MO; her great grandchildren, Barrett, Ella, Linley, Brylee, Jaycee, Bowen, Adi, Chet, Caul and Lettie; her siblings, Ted Teeter of Sullivan and Vivian Whalen (Jerry) of Sullivan; and her sister-in-law Anna Teeter of Sullivan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be given in Wilma's memory to the BackPack Program at Grace UMC and/or BJC Hospice of Sullivan.
