She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald James Lykins and Maxine Elaine Lykins (Stebbins); and her brother Terry. She is survived by: her husband Steve; her daughter Terri Van Slyke; her siblings, James Lykins and Kay Lykins; and her siblings' children, Jason Lykins and Angela Easterberg-Berg.
The family suggests contributions to Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child in care of the funeral home.
