It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Franklin York of Swedeborg, Missouri, who passed away on April 30, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Roy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Roy farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Dietiker (Terry) of Marshfield, MO; his grandchildren, Tracy Alderman (Robert) of Jefferson City, MO, Caleb Hutton of Marquette, MI and Cindy Wilde; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Alderman, Ramona Alderman, Dashia Wilde, Tianna Wilde and Trapas Wilde; and his son-in-law Tom Tinsley of Waynesville, MO. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
