He is survived by: his parents, Michael Clevenger and Billie Lamb Clevenger of Sweet Springs; his wife Jessica Leann Ford; his children, Brantley Gage Clevenger and Raegan Blayke Clevenger; his sister Cierra Hall (David) of Sweet Springs; his siblings' children, Rose, Lily and Ellie; his sisters, Samantha Clapper and Melissa Brooks; his grandparents, Greg, Debbie Wulser of Concordia and Patty Staples of Kansas; his stepgrandmother Evelyn Lamb of Leavenworth, KS; his parents-in-law, Cheryl Ford of Waverly and Gary Ford of Carrollton; his sister-in-law Jennifer Swift (Conner); his nephew Willis of Marshall; his brother-in-law Chris Ford (Jessica); his siblings' child Sawyer; and his cousins, Bobby and Mark Morgan. He is also survived by three half-brothers.
Instead of sending flowers, Chris would have preferred a donation made to his family to help support them during this time.
