She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. James E. Smith and Dovie Ruth Baucom Smith; and her siblings, James E. Smith Jr. and Linda Gallagher. She is survived by: her children, Clairessa Renken (Andrew) of Sweet Springs and Joshua Thompson of Holts Summit; and her grandchildren, Andrea and Baylee. She is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
