We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2025, at the age of 64, Billy Pat McNeal Jr. of Syracuse, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Pat, Sr. and Lois Ann McNeal (Kendrick). He is survived by: his wife Rita Lewis; his children, Melanie Rich of Columbia, MO and Patrick John McNeal (Heather) of Syracuse, MO; his brother Russell McNeal (Michelle) of Syracuse, MO; and his grandchildren, Aiyana, Emery June Rich, Peyton, Jace and Leah McNeal.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the Olive Branch Church.
