He is survived by: his wife Cleota Burns; his children, Magan Burns (Anthony Kutchko) and Chad Burns (Ashley Burns); and his siblings, Pat Burns, Jim Burns, Georgia Epley, Cathy Oldenburg and Pamela Gladyezs.
