He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Kephart and Ida May Kephart; and his siblings, Harold, Everett, Marion, Marvin, Lloyd, Eva May, Belle, Helen and Mary Lou.
He is survived by: his sisters, Flossie Dunbar and Alice Smith; his children, Bill Kephart Australia (Robyn) of Westboro, Missouri, Kitty Bartella of Westboro, Missouri, Frank Kephart of Westboro, Missouri, Kelly Phillips of Westboro, Missouri and Kathleen Kephart (Herman Ritchie) of Westboro, Missouri; his grandchildren, Adam, Adrienne Phillips, Caleb and Britney Ritchie; and his great grandchild Evy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
