She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel Bertie Smith and Retha Clutter; her daughter Dianne; her grandson Jeff; and her great grandchild Gage.

She is survived by : her sons, Danny (Rita) and Donald (Teresa); her grandchildren, Kristie (Randy), Cammie (Rusty), Mike, Linda (Matt), Stacey (Jamie), Nick, Rick, Gregory and Shelby (Garrett); and her friend Dollie. She is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren, 4 Great Great Grandchildren and several beloved nieces and nephews.
