He is survived by: his children, Gale McDonald, Brenda Havel (Jim), David Carlisle (Susan) and Angie Carlisle; his grandchildren, Jeff, Kris, Brian, Amber, Ashley, Andrew and Jordan; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Kenna, Hallee, Xzavier, Addyson, Liam, Onaliese, Omar, Sage and Scout. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
