With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean D. Stevens (Tarkio, Missouri), born in Faucett, Missouri, who passed away on December 26, 2022 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean D. Stevens to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Z. Freeman and Euell Genevieve Freeman (Coker); her former life partner Don Brought; her husband Milford Stevens; her granddaughter Taylor McCartney; her siblings, Alice Fern Sparks, Charles Maynard Freeman and Hylen Myers Freeman; her son-in-law Michael Morris; and her stepson Maurice Wayne Stevens.

She is survived by : her daughter Donna Morris; her granddaughter Melissa Ferguson (Floyd); her stepgranddaughter Lori Jackson; her great grandchildren, Pearl and Preston Ferguson; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Gabe DeShon (Darci), Mallori DeShon and Matthew Stevens; her granddaughter Shelby McCartney (Taylor); her great great grandchildren, Max and Madilyn DeShon; and also, Marvin McCartney and Martha McCartney.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the First Baptist Church, Tarkio, or Tarkio Nutrition Center.
