She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Sly and Lorene Penny Sly; her sister Janet; her husband Blaine Seymour; and her grandsons, Charles Ralph Seymour and Justin Seymour.

She is survived by: her sons, Jayson Seymour (Pam), John Seymour (Sarah) and James Seymour; her grandchildren, Blaine Seymour (Becky), Jason Seymour (Abby), Kelsea Seymour, Kristena Seymour and Kallie Huffman; and her stepgrandson Zachary Berkstresser (Chelsea). She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
