He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Williams, Sr. and Mary Agnus "Aggie" Burcham; and his brother Michael Williams. He is survived by: his children, Michael Ellis (Teresa) of Quincy and Deanna Flowers of Benton, AR; his grandchildren, Matthew Ellis of Quincy, IL, Quentin Flowers of Benton, AR and Kyler Flowers of Benton, AR; and his great grandchildren, Konnor Flowers, Kayson Flowers and Willow Flowers.
