He is survived by: his mother Susan "Susie" Paben Smith (Katie Runquist) of Quincy, IL; the mother of his children April Ragan (Jarvis); his children, Amanda Scoggin (Michael) of Ewing, MO and Devon Smith of Ewing, MO; his grandchildren, Annaleh, Kashton, Elliott and Leah; and his brothers, Rusty Smith of Taylor, MO and Ronnie Cramer of Ewing, MO.
