He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Samuel and Mary Hester Elliott (Nasalrode); his son Randy Wayne Elliott; and his siblings, Dorothy Lewis, Floyd, Chester, Donald and Leo Elliott.
He is survived by : his wife Kay; his sisters, Jewell Cooley of Cuba and Mildred Smotherman of Union, Missouri; his sons, Joe Elliott (Lisa) of West Plains and Tony Elliott (Rebecca Brown); and his grandchildren, Jaxx, Nash, Greyson, Becca, Caroline, Avery, Alayna and Liam.
